Mr. Epaphradito Lugayavu is the director of ICT and related activities in line with the digital image and out reach of Healtorch Foundation.
He is a full-stack developer working with DigitoMove Co. a software development startup handling a number of projects from different organizations for all Mobile, Web and Desktop development needs.
He is dedicated to developing products that can see Healtorch gain a good image across the country and all over the world.
